Please choose the method that best describes your claim reporting status:
Option A
I have a user name
I have been given a user name and
password to report claims.
Option B
I don't have a user name
I do not have a user name, but would
still like to report my claim online.
Depending on your employer, you may use one of two options when reporting a claim online.
Do I need a user name and password to report a claim online? A user name and password is NOT required to submit a claim online. If you have a user name and password, use Option A. If you were never given a user name and password, please continue reporting your claim online by using Option B
If you experience any problems with the claim reporting process or if you have reported a claim online and you do not hear from us within 24 hours (business days), please call 704-927-2860 and ask to speak with a claims representative.
