At Synergy, we will be upgrading our computer systems and website beginning January 27th and extending through January 31st, 2011. Due to this system upgrade, the option that usually allows you to report claims online, using your unique User ID and password, will be temporarily unavailable. In order to report a claim during this time frame, please use Option B as an alternative. This option allows you to download the appropriate state form and attach it to an email, which you will send directly to claims@synergyinsurance.net
On or before February 1, 2011, you will be issued a new User ID and password which will allow you to report claims online. From this point forward, both this option (Option A) and Option B will be available for your use.
This temporary inconvenience will enable us to greatly increase the amount of information that Policyholders and Agents are able to view on our website, with regard to their claims and other relevant data.
We thank you for your patience during this period and we look forward to making more information readily available to you, through our updated website.
