Assess the urgency of the situation and send the injured worker to a corresponding treatment center. (Both the employer and Synergy Coverage Solutions have the right to direct treatment.) If the injured worker refuses treatment, we recommend that you document that treatment was offered.

Advise the injured worker to contact you in order to keep you up to date on current medical status.

Gather information about the incident.

Report the claim online to Synergy Coverage Solutions within 24 hours.
